Employee Benefit Trends: An Integrated Approach


Each year, MetLife surveys over 1000 employers and 1000 employees to develop the annual Employee Benefit Trends Study, a well-known and highly anticipated piece of research. As an expert in the workforce, we are able to translate those high level insights to be focused on specific aspects of our market. 

Over the years, I have actively participated in the development of the Study. Some years leading the development of the research, synthesizing the  data and developing the story. Other years, including 2018, I leveraged the research and insights to create a tailored perspective for the small business audience. 

The result is a 4-part video series, an infographic, a web page and an integrated  promotional campaign that will include email, online advertising and paid and organic social.  This project is in development and will be fully implemented throughout August 2018.

My role included analyzing the data, developing the story and writing creative brief, leading the agency in development of the video series and infographic, and writing the web copy and social posts.
